Recruitment Policy

Norfield Offshore has an international personnel contingent consisting of about 250 ship and shorebased personnel worldwide.

Our goal is to achieve “Maritime performance” in all our operations and therefore experience combined with education, training and continuous professional development are vital elements in the personnel policy.

In order to develop each individual employee we evaluate the individual's performance and potential, conduct appraisal interviews and promote individual career progress.

Norfields fleet is manned with sea farers from several nationalities, pending on the specific requirements and areas of operation.
